Chocolate Fantasy is the New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation’s largest annual fundraising event of the year. The enthusiasm of the Da Vinci the Genius exhibition carried over to Chocolate Fantasy 2018 when Hotel Albuquerque transformed into everything Renaissance. The evening included appearances by Leonardo da Vinci and Mona Lisa impersonators and the most incredible chocolate masterpieces created by the region’s top chocolatiers. Over 850 business leaders and individuals attended the event, which was one of the largest Chocolate Fantasy attendance records in many years. One of the guests remarked that it was better than any New York City galas she has previously attended.
By creating a creative, unique and cost-effective event branding materials, social media marketing campaign, elevated brand messaging, as well as placing a variety of stories and educational opportunities in the media (including CBS Sunday Morning’s Week Ahead Calendar) – SmartMarketing helped the organization to raise 20% more in income compared to the previous years event.
