The Arizona Nurses Association (AzNA) had several social media platforms that were live, but they did not know how to utilize them.

Solutions:

  • Identification of which networks and strategies were best for AzNA  to use to reach both current members and secure new membership
  • Development of a targeted social media campaign on popular social media sites
  • Social media training for AzNA staff

Results:

By creating and providing a platform for the exchange of timely information, the AzNA social media program now promotes collaboration, conversations and communication surrounding issues related to nursing within the Arizona nursing community and throughout the nursing community in general.
